Sergey Nadtochiy wins 2012 SIAG/FME Junior Scientist Prize

Sergey Nadtochiy, Senior Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Oxford-Man Institute has been awarded the 2012 SIAM Activity Group on Financial Mathematics and Engineering Junior Scientist Prize in recognition of his "impressive contributions to Mathematical Finance and original, sophisticated and rigorous mathematical analysis of challenging problems in volatility modelling and derivative pricing theory".

The prize is awarded to an outstanding junior researcher in the field of financial mathematics for distinguished contributions to the field in the three calendar years prior to the year of the award.

Sergey will receive his award during the SIAM Conference on Financial Mathematics & Engineering taking place from the 9th-11th July 2012 in Minneapolis, at which Sergey will also give a talk.
